AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3145 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3145 as follows:
 
3on page 2, by replacing lines 10 through 13 with the following:


4"represents for one year prior to reelection. In each 
5community college district with a population of 300,000 or 
6more inhabitants within the district, other than Community 
7College District No. 522, Community College District No. 526, 
8or a community college district subject to Article VII, and in 
9any community college district with a population under 300,000 
10inhabitants within the district whose board  has approved the 
11election of board members by trustee district under Section 
123-7d, each member"; and
 
13on page 5, line 2, by deleting "required"; and
 
14on page 5, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "each community college 
15district in this State" with "each community college district
