| 6 | | "(b) The disposal by incineration of any perfluoroalkyl |
| 7 | | and polyfluoroalkyl substance, including, but not limited to, |
| 8 | | aqueous film forming foam, is prohibited in Illinois. The |
| 9 | | Agency may adopt any rules or regulations it deems necessary |
| 10 | | in order to carry out the provisions of this Section.".
