| 6 | | providers that are open 24 hours per day, are required to admit |
| 7 | | patients 24 hours per day, are providing medication-assisted |
| 8 | | treatment to individuals with opioid use disorder, and are |
| 9 | | serving a higher proportion of Medicaid beneficiaries and |
| 10 | | individuals who are uninsured.".
