| 4 | | No. 1, on page 177, by replacing line 18 through line 22 with |

| 6 | | "(20) shall, within a reasonable time, offer to |
| 7 | | meet with the crime victim regarding the decision of the |
| 8 | | State's Attorney not to charge an offense, and shall meet |
| 9 | | with the victim, if the victim agrees. The victim has a |
| 10 | | right to have an attorney, advocate, and other support |
| 11 | | person of the victim's choice attend this meeting with the |
| 12 | | victim; and".
