1    AN ACT concerning employment.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    (820 ILCS 130/Act rep.)
5    Section 5. The Prevailing Wage Act is repealed.
 
 
6    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 
72021.
