| 1 | | AN ACT concerning regulation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 370d.1 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (215 ILCS 5/370d.1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 370d.1. Group policies; chambers of commerce. |
| 8 | | Companies that issue group policies of accident and health |
| 9 | | insurance under this Article must offer such policies to local |
| 10 | | chambers of commerce. The Department shall enforce this |
| 11 | | Section by rule.
