2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3743 as follows:

 
3on page 1, line 5, by replacing "Section 4.32 and by adding 
4Section 4.41" with "Sections 4.32 and 4.37"; and
 
5on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 9 with the following:
 
6    "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by 
7changing Section 4.37 as follows:
 
8    (5 ILCS 80/4.37)
9    Sec. 4.37. Acts and Articles repealed on January 1, 2027. 
10The following are repealed on January 1, 2027:
11    The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act.

12    The Illinois Optometric Practice  Act of 1987.
13    Articles II, III, IV, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, XVII, XXXI,

14XXXI 1/4, and XXXI 3/4 of the Illinois Insurance Code.
