permits; (b) to prescribe rules |
| 12 | | and regulations for the administration of
the
Act; (c) to |
| 13 | | conduct hearings on proceedings to refuse to issue, refuse to

| 14 | | renew,
revoke, suspend, or subject to reprimand licenses or |
| 15 | | permits
under this Act; and (d) to revoke, suspend, or refuse |
| 16 | | issuance or
renewal
of such
licenses or permits. |
