| 3 | | on page 2, lines 3 through 6, by deleting "An electronic image |
| 4 | | showing payment to the vehicle owner or any lienholder of |
| 5 | | record via electronic funds transfer or other electronic means |
| 6 | | shall be sufficient proof of full payment."; and

| 7 | | on page 2, line 9, after "name.", by inserting "An electronic |
| 8 | | image of a screen or other representation, showing payment to |
| 9 | | the vehicle owner or any lienholder of record, via electronic |
| 10 | | funds transfer or other electronic means, was charged to the |
| 11 | | account of the payer, shall be sufficient proof of payment.".
