AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3988 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3988 on page 1, by 
3replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
4    "(a)  The Executive Director of the Illinois Criminal 
5Justice Information Authority or the Executive Director's 
6designee, in consultation with the Director of the Illinois 
7State Police and Chicago Police Superintendent, shall"; and 


 
8on page 2, line 21, page 3, lines 15 and 17, and page 4, line 
96, by replacing "Director" wherever it appears with "Executive 
10Director of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information 
11Authority or the Executive Director's designee"; and
 
12on page 4, line 5, by replacing "Director-appointed positions" 
13with "positions appointed by the Executive Director of the 
14Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority or the 
15Executive Director's designee"; and

9the Task Force. A member of the Task Force participating 
10electronically shall be deemed present for purposes of 
11establishing a quorum and voting.".
