Amends the Infectious Disease Testing Act. Provides that, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any requirement for a person to demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccination shall be deemed to be met if proof of the presence of COVID-19 antibodies is provided by that person. Effective immediately.

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning health.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Infectious Disease Testing Act is amended |
| 5 | | by adding Section 15 as follows: |
| 6 | | (410 ILCS 312/15 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 15. COVID-19 antibodies; vaccination requirements. |
| 8 | | Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any |
| 9 | | requirement for a person to demonstrate proof of COVID-19 |
| 10 | | vaccination shall be deemed to be met if proof of the presence |
| 11 | | of COVID-19 antibodies is provided by that person.

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law.
