| 5 | | "Section 7. Dissolution of remaining Illinois Insured |
| 6 | | Mortgage Pilot Program property. |
| 7 | | (a) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to sell, convey, |
| 8 | | divest, or enter into any settlement agreement with respect to |
| 9 | | any interest, including liens, that the State has in any |
| 10 | | property associated with, or resulting from, the Illinois |
| 11 | | Insured Mortgage Pilot Program. |
| 12 | | (b) The State Treasurer shall cause any funds received by |
| 13 | | the State Treasurer as a result of subsection (a) to be |
| 14 | | deposited into the General Revenue Fund."; and

| 15 | | on page 2, line 21, by deleting "by Section 5".
