| 3 | | immediately below line 20, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "At the end of each school year, the school district shall |
| 5 | | catalogue and report to the State Board of Education the total |
| 6 | | amount that remains unpaid by students due to the prohibition |
| 7 | | under this subsection (c). |
| 8 | | (d) On and after 3 years from the effective date of this |
| 9 | | amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly, subsection (c) |
| 10 | | is inoperative.".
