| 8 | | and public uses of public bodies of water throughout the |
| 9 | | State, including Lake Michigan."; and

| 10 | | on page 13, line 16, after "facility", by inserting "that is |
| 11 | | not disposed of, treated, stored, or abandoned in a CCR |
| 12 | | surface impoundment,"; and

| 13 | | on page 13, line 17, by replacing "the" with "that".
