AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4412 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4412, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 1, as follows:


 
5on page 1, line 4, by deleting "Section 5. The State Officials 
6and Employees Ethics Act"; and
 
7by deleting line 5 on page 1 through line 19 on page 7; and
 
8on page 8, by deleting lines 12 through 20; and
 
9by replacing line 18 on page 37  through line 3 on page 38 with 
10the following:
11        "(6) The results of each Public Schools Carbon-Free 
12    Assessment shall be memorialized by the utility or by a 
13    third party acting on behalf of the utility in a usable 
14    report form that includes recommendations and redacts all

1    confidential information and shall be provided to the 
2    applicable public school. Each utility shall be required 
3    to retain a copy of each Public Schools Carbon-Free 
4    Assessment report and to provide confidential copies of 
5    each usable report to the Illinois Power Agency and the 
6    Illinois Capital Development Board within 3 months of its 
7    completion. The Illinois Power Agency shall promptly make 
8    the results of each usable report available for public 
9    inspection on its website."; and
 
10by deleting line 15 on page 39 through line 25 on page 44.
