| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 1. Short title. This Act shall be cited as the |
| 5 | | Gateway to the Obama Presidential Center Highway Designation |
| 6 | | Act.

| 7 | | Section 5. Gateway to the Obama Presidential Center. That |
| 8 | | part of South Stony Island Avenue from 67th Street to 95th |
| 9 | | Street in Chicago is designated as the Gateway to the Obama |
| 10 | | Presidential Center. Appropriate plaques shall be erected by |
| 11 | | the Department of Transportation along this route in |
| 12 | | recognition of this designation.
