| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4456 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 45, by replacing lines 13 through 20 with "for the |
| 4 | | specific premises where the violation occurred. A citation and |
| 5 | | notice of hearing to require a licensee to appear at a time and |
| 6 | | place specified in the notice to show cause why its license |
| 7 | | should not be suspended or revoked or a fine should not be |
| 8 | | imposed An action for a violation of this Act shall be issued |
| 9 | | and served upon the licensee commenced by the State Commission |
| 10 | | within 3 2 years after the date the State Commission becomes |
| 11 | | aware of the violation."; and

| 13 | | shall have the right to be represented by counsel in any matter |
