| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4557 on page 3, by | ||||||
| 3 | inserting below line 24 the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(11) 3 members appointed by the Governor who shall | ||||||
| 5 | be representatives of financial institutions, one who | ||||||
| 6 | shall represent a statewide banking association | ||||||
| 7 | exclusively representing banks with assets below | ||||||
| 8 | $20,000,000,000, one who shall represent a statewide | ||||||
| 9 | banking association representing banks of all asset sizes, | ||||||
| 10 | and one who shall represent a statewide association | ||||||
| 11 | representing credit unions."; and
| ||||||
| 12 | on page 4, line 12, after "expertise", by inserting "or staff | ||||||
| 13 | of one of the participating agencies in the task force, at the | ||||||
| 14 | discretion of the co-chairs".
