| 4 | | No. 5, on page 59, line 4, after the period, by inserting: |
| 5 | | "Such health care institution shall not take any adverse |
| 6 | | action, including, but not limited to, restricting or |
| 7 | | terminating any person's clinical privileges, as a result of |
| 8 | | an adverse action against a person's license or clinical |
| 9 | | privileges or other disciplinary action by another state or |
| 10 | | health care institution that resulted from the person's |
| 11 | | provision of, authorization of, recommendation of, aiding or |
| 12 | | assistance with, referral for, or participation in any health |
| 13 | | care service if the adverse action was based solely on a |
| 14 | | violation of the other state's law prohibiting the provision |
| 15 | | of such health care and related services in the state or for a |
| 16 | | resident of the state if that health care service would not |
| 17 | | have been unlawful under the laws of this State and is |
| 18 | | consistent with the standards of conduct for advanced practice |
