AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4677 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4677 on page 6, by 
3replacing lines 4 through 8 with the following:
"of the 
4Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act; (h-8) made for 
5payments of principal and interest on bonds issued under 
6Section 9.6a of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District 
7Act to make contributions to the pension fund established 
8under Article 13 of the Illinois Pension Code; (i) made for 
9payments of"; and



 
10on page 6, line 14, by replacing "subsection (h)" with 
11"subsections subsection (h) and (h-8)"; and
 
12on page 20, lines 7 and 8, by deleting "until the end of fiscal 
13year 2031"; and
 
14by deleting line 21 on page 20 through line 2 on page 21; and

1on page 21, line 16, by replacing "Fund." with "Fund, except 
2for the amount of revenue to be retained by the District and 
3used to pay principal and interest on bonds issued for the sole

6Act."; and
 
7on page 24, line 12, by replacing "in the principal amount of" 
8with "in a principal amount not to exceed"; and
 
9on page 24, line 16, by replacing "subsection" with 
10"paragraph".
