| 6 | | "transports. The provider shall maintain the certification in |
| 7 | | its records. The provider shall also maintain documentation of |
| 8 | | all non-emergency ambulance services for the period covered by |
| 9 | | the certification. The provider shall produce the |
| 10 | | certification and supporting documentation upon demand by the |
| 11 | | Department or its representative. Failure to comply shall |
| 12 | | result in recovery of any payments made by the Department.".
