| 5 | | provide or arrange for and pay or reimburse for the cost of any |
| 6 | | health care services for persons who are enrolled in the |
| 7 | | medical assistance programs under the Illinois Public Aid Code |
| 8 | | shall comply with provider notification requirements |
| 9 | | established by the Department of Healthcare and Family |
| 10 | | Services.".
