AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4988




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4988, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 2, on page 1, by replacing lines 11 through 15 with the 
5following:
6        "(1) change to a disinfection technique, practice, or 
7    technology, including each instance of any change in the 
8    concentration of any disinfectant in the water of a public 
9    water supply that results in residual concentrations of 
10    the disinfectant in the water either exceeding 50% or 
11    falling below 20% of the monthly average concentration of 
12    disinfectant reported to the Agency in a public water 
13    distribution entity's most recent monthly submission of 
14    Daily Operating Reports;".
