Amends the School Code. Provides that each school district shall develop a plan for electronic learning by January 1, 2023. Effective immediately.

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 22-94 as follows:

| 6 | | (105 ILCS 5/22-94 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 22-94. Electronic learning plan. Each school district |
| 8 | | in the State shall develop a plan for electronic learning no |
| 9 | | later than January 1, 2023.
|
| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 11 | | becoming law.
