| 8 | | Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an elected |
| 9 | | official of a municipality shall have full access to the |
| 10 | | buildings housing the municipality's seat of government, |
| 11 | | including, but not limited to, the elected official's office |
| 12 | | and council chambers. |
| 13 | | A home rule municipality may not regulate access to the |
| 14 | | buildings housing a municipality's seat of government in a |
| 15 | | manner inconsistent with this Section. This Section is a |
