| 3 | | line 21, after the period, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "The recommendations from the Commission on Government |
| 5 | | Forecasting and Accountability must also include information |
| 6 | | from the State's private, non-profit higher education |
| 7 | | institutions about how the institutions' current mental health |
| 8 | | programs compare to the 11 mental health goals identified in |
| 9 | | the December 2019 Commission on Government Forecasting and |
| 10 | | Accountability report and the funds that would be necessary to |
| 11 | | meet these goals. Nothing in this Section shall require |
| 12 | | private, non-profit higher education institutions to adhere to |
| 13 | | the provisions of this Act.".
