| 9 | | WHEREAS, Grupo Firme is a young, Regional Mexican group |
| 10 | | comprised of Eduin Caz, Abraham Hernandez, Johnny Caz, Joaquin |
| 11 | | Ruiz, Christian Gutierrez, Jose Rubio, and Dylan Camacho; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, Grupo Firme originally formed as Grupo Fuerza in |
| 13 | | Tijuana, Mexico in spring 2013; the group changed its name to |
| 14 | | Grupo Firme in 2014; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Grupo Firme was considered an underground act for |
| 16 | | the informal way the group created and delivered its music, |
| 17 | | improvising at pisteadas and carne assadas, loosely translated |
| 18 | | as get-togethers, and posting videos on social media; and

| 19 | | WHEREAS, In addition to winning the Grammy, Grupo Firme |
