HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate the Burbank National 
4Little League Junior Division and the Burbank National Little 
5League Senior Division on their recent achievements; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, The Burbank National Little League is a nonprofit 
7youth organization and a charter member of Little League 
8Baseball and Softball; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, The Burbank National Little League has won over 
1080 Little League championships, from the district level all 
11the way up to the national level, over the past 35 years; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, The Burbank National Little League Junior 
13Division won the state championship and competed in the 
14championship game for the Central Region in 2022; and
  
 
  
15    WHEREAS, The Burbank National Little League Senior 
16Division won the state and Central Region championships, 
17competing in the Senior League Baseball World Series in 2022; 
18therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
20HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we congratulate the Burbank National Little League Junior 
2Division and the Burbank National Little League Senior 
3Division on their recent achievements, and we wish them 
4continued success; and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That suitable copies of this resolution be 
6presented to all members of the Burbank National Little League 
7Junior Division and the Burbank National Little League Senior 
8Division as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
