| 3 | | RESOLVED, that the Rules of the House of Representatives |
| 4 | | of the One Hundred Second General Assembly be adopted as the |
| 5 | | Rules of this First Special Session, so far as the same may be |
| 6 | | applicable, and that the Committees of the House of |
| 7 | | Representatives of the One Hundred Second General Assembly, |
| 8 | | including the House Journal Review Committee and their |
| 9 | | membership, shall constitute the Committees of the House |
| 10 | | during this First Special Session. |
