| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 154 on page 7, |
| 3 | | line 8, by replacing "common household pets" with "cats or one |
| 4 | | dog"; and

| 5 | | on page 8, immediately below line 11, by inserting the |
| 6 | | following: |
| 7 | | "(d) The Program Administrator may adopt rules for housing |
| 8 | | provider waivers for 25% of a housing project's units that are |
| 9 | | acquired, constructed, or rehabilitated with any money from |
| 10 | | the Illinois Affordable Housing Trust Fund to be companion |
| 11 | | animal free in order to house individuals with medical |
| 12 | | conditions such as allergies and to prohibit dogs that weigh |
| 13 | | over 75 pounds in any unit in the building.".
