AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 215 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 215 on page 3, 
3line 18, by replacing "60" with "90"; and
 
4on page 4, line 10, by replacing "60" with "75"; and
 
5on page 4, line 13, by replacing "60-day" with "75-day"; and
 
6on page 4, by replacing lines 16 through 19 with the following:
 
7    "(765 ILCS 165/45)

8    Sec. 45. Inapplicability. This Act shall not apply to any 
9building that: 
10        (1) which is greater than 60 30 feet in height; or
11        (2) has a shared roof and is subject to a homeowners' 
12    association, common interest community association, 
13    condominium unit owners' association.
14    As used in this Section, "shared roof" means any roof that

1(i) serves more than one unit, including, but not limited to, a 
2contiguous roof serving adjacent units, or (ii) is part of the 
3common elements or common area.
