| 4 | | in Section 5, in the introductory clause, by changing "4, 9, |
| 5 | | and 17" to "4 and 9"; and

| 6 | | in Section 5, Sec. 4, by replacing the sentence starting with |
| 7 | | ""Teledentistry"" with the following: |
| 8 | | ""Teledentistry" means the use of telehealth systems and |
| 9 | | methodologies in dentistry and includes patient care and |
| 10 | | education delivery using synchronous and asynchronous |
| 11 | | communications under a dentist's authority as provided under |
| 12 | | this Act."; and
|
| 13 | | in Section 5, by deleting Sec. 17.
