Section 115. The sum of $413,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with administration of the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

Section 120. The sum of $34,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation from the Real Estate Research and Education Fund for costs associated with the operation of the Office of Real Estate Research at the University of Illinois.

Section 125. The sum of $20,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Athletics Supervision and Regulation Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with administration of the Boxing and Full-contact Martial Arts Act.

Section 130. The sum of $7,657,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with operational expenses of the department in relation to the regulation of medical cannabis

Section 135. The sum of $125,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Appraisal Administration Fund to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for all costs associated with administration of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002.

Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
