| 3 | | on page 8, by replacing lines 15 through 23 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(1) the reduction or avoidance of emissions of any |
| 5 | | air pollutant or greenhouse gas in this State; |
| 6 | | (2) the displacement of geologic natural gas with |
| 7 | | low-carbon fuels; or |
| 8 | | (3) the reduction or avoidance of any pollutant that |
| 9 | | could have an adverse impact on the waters of this |
| 10 | | State.".
