| 3 | | line 13, by replacing "dependent elder home care" with "care |
| 4 | | of a dependent family member"; and

| 5 | | on page 5, line 16, by replacing "dependent elder home care" |
| 6 | | with "care of a dependent family member"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 18 through 20 with "duties, |
| 8 | | activities, or purposes. The changes made by this"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 5, immediately below line 22, by inserting the |
| 10 | | following: |
| 11 | | "As used in this subsection (e), "care of a dependent |
| 12 | | family member" includes caregiving, personal care, adult day |
| 13 | | services, and home health services for elderly persons and |
| 14 | | persons with an illness, injury, or disability who require |
| 15 | | assistance in caring for themselves.".
