Amends the Illinois Holocaust and Genocide Commission Act. Extends the repeal of the Act from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2032. Effective immediately.

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Holocaust and Genocide Commission |
| 5 | | Act is amended by changing Section 95 as follows:

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)

| 8 | | Sec. 95. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2032 |
