AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 561 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 561, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 1, on page 5, line 3, by replacing "submit a report to the" 
5with "notify the Illinois Emergency Management"; and
 
6on page 5, line 18, after "number", by inserting ", if 
7applicable"; and


 
8on page 5, line 19, by replacing "Agency" with "Illinois 
9Emergency Management Agency"; and
 
10by deleting line 22 on page 5 through line 1 on page 6; and
 
11on page 6, line 3, by replacing "annually" with "on or before 
12January 1 of each of the 5 years"; and
 


13on page 6, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

1        "(1) Each fire department's name, Fire Department 
2    Identification (FDID) number, if applicable, and 
3    address."; and
 
4on page 6, lines 15 and 16, by replacing "Agency" each time it

6by deleting line 25 on page 6 though line 3 on page 7; and
 
7on page 7, line 7, immediately before "waterway", by inserting 
8"ditch,"; and
 
9on page 7, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "develop a program to

10assist fire departments in" with "post on its website
