| 4 | | inserting "If there is any conflict between the provisions of |
| 5 | | this Act and the provisions of the Telehealth Act, the |
| 6 | | provisions of this Act control."; and

| 7 | | on page 4, line 21, immediately after "care.", by inserting |
| 8 | | "An optometrist may treat a patient through telehealth in the |
| 9 | | absence of a provider-patient relationship when, in the |
| 10 | | professional judgment of the optometrist, emergency care is |
| 11 | | required."; and
|
| 12 | | on page 4, line 23, immediately after "perform", by inserting |
| 13 | | "at least".
