| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 680 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | replacing line 2 with the following:

| 5 | | Section are provided for informational purposes only. The |
| 6 | | Secretary of State does not warrant the completeness, |
| 7 | | accuracy, content, or fitness for any particular purpose or |
| 8 | | use of any public data set made available on the web portal, |
| 9 | | nor are such warranties to be implied or inferred with respect |
| 10 | | to the public data sets furnished under this Act. |
| 11 | | (4) The State is not liable for any deficiencies in the |
| 12 | | completeness, accuracy, content, or fitness for any particular |
| 13 | | purpose or use of any public data set or any third party |
| 14 | | application utilizing such data set, unless the deficiency is |
| 15 | | the result of willful or wanton action of the Secretary of |
| 16 | | State or its employees or agents. The compilations of the |
| 17 | | daily list mentioned"; and
