| 7 | | Sec. 4.7. Changes to eligibility criteria. |
| 8 | | (a) A rule adopted by the Department that adds an |
| 9 | | education or experience requirement to the eligibility |
| 10 | | criteria for a position does not apply to an employee who |
| 11 | | already holds that position at the time the requirement is |
| 12 | | added. |
| 13 | | (b) An individual seeking employment at the same position |
| 14 | | level, but at a different facility or company, shall remain |
| 15 | | eligible for employment in a position equivalent to his or her |
| 16 | | current employment position despite any changes to eligibility |
