| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Park and Recreational Facility Construction |
| 5 | | Act of 2009 is amended by changing Section 10-15 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 10-15. Grants. Any local government may apply to the
|
| 8 | | the Department for a grant under this Act. An application must |
| 9 | | be in writing and contain a narrative description of the |
| 10 | | project, the legal description of the open lands to be |
| 11 | | acquired or used for the capital development project, a |
| 12 | | current appraisal performed by an Illinois licensed appraiser |
| 13 | | showing the fair market value of those lands to be acquired, |
| 14 | | the estimated project cost, identification of a source of |
| 15 | | continuous funding sufficient to maintain the new facilities |
| 16 | | to be created by capital development, the amount of the |
| 17 | | project cost the applicant proposes to provide, and such other |
| 18 | | information as required by the Department. |
