| 3 | | line 17, by replacing "30" with "90"; and

| 4 | | on page 4, line 25, after the period, by inserting "If the fire |
| 5 | | protection district is not entitled to payment of the amount |
| 6 | | stated in the written demand, the fire protection district |
| 7 | | shall be responsible to reimburse the municipality for all |
| 8 | | costs incurred by the municipality in disputing the claim, |
| 9 | | including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees and court |
| 10 | | costs.".
