| 3 | | line 24 on page 15 through line 2 on page 16 with the |

| 5 | | "(1) refuse to engage in loan modification services; |
| 6 | | (2) alter the terms, conditions, or privileges of such

| 7 | | services; or |
| 8 | | (3) discriminate in making such services available, |
| 9 | | including, but not limited to, by making a statement, |
| 10 | | advertisement, representation, inquiry, listing, offer, or |
| 11 | | solicitation that indicates a preference or the intention |
| 12 | | to make such a preference in making such services |
| 13 | | available.".
