| 4 | | No. 1, by replacing line 24 on page 60 through line 10 on page |

| 6 | | "(2) as applicable, the owner or operator responsible |
| 7 | | for the disposal of dead animals is required to obtain the |
| 8 | | following permits: |
| 9 | | (i) an NPDES permit in accordance with subsection |
| 10 | | (b) of this Section; |
| 11 | | (ii) a PSD permit or an NA NSR permit in accordance |
| 12 | | with Section 9.1 of this Act; |
| 13 | | (iii) a lifetime State operating permit or a |
| 14 | | federally enforceable State operating permit, in |
| 15 | | accordance with subsection (a) of this Section; or |
| 16 | | (iv) a CAAPP permit, in accordance with Section |
| 17 | | 39.5 of this Act.".
