| 7 | | Sec. 9. Indigenous People's Month. The month of November |
| 8 | | of each year is designated as Indigenous People's Month to be |
| 9 | | observed throughout the State as a month to recognize the |
| 10 | | contributions and influence of Indigenous people on American |
| 11 | | history, achievement, culture, and innovation.

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law.".
