| 7 | | "(b-5) A baccalaureate-level early childhood
education |
| 8 | | program established under this Section shall offer to students |
| 9 | | a professional educator licensure pathway approved by the |
| 10 | | State Board of Education and a non-licensure pathway."; and

| 11 | | on page 11, line 11, after "study.", by inserting the |
| 12 | | following: |
| 13 | | "(k) The Board of Higher Education may adopt any rules |
| 14 | | necessary to implement and administer this Section.".
