| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1920 on page 1, |
| 3 | | line 12, by replacing "of" with "about"; and

| 4 | | on page 1, by replacing lines 15 through 17 with the following: |
| 5 | | "(1) The notice must be provided, where applicable, in |
| 6 | | both physical and online form in a newspaper of general |
| 7 | | circulation within 25 miles of where the coal-fueled power |
| 8 | | plant is located. The notice must also be posted in |
| 9 | | physical form in 3 prominent public places and, where |
| 10 | | applicable, posted on a relevant municipal website."; and

| 11 | | on page 2, line 16, by replacing "municipality" with "city in |
| 12 | | the State of Illinois that is".
