| 1 | | AN ACT concerning civil law.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Homeowners' Energy Policy Statement Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 45 as follows:

| 6 | | (765 ILCS 165/45)

| 7 | | Sec. 45. Inapplicability. This Act shall not apply to any |
| 8 | | building which is greater than 30 feet in height and is not a |
| 9 | | single family residential home.
