AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2107 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2107, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 1, as follows:


 
5on page 1, line 13, by replacing ", and," with "; for the 
6purposes of providing annuities and benefits to its employees, 
7the Police Officers' Pension Investment Fund, as created under 
8Article 22B of this Code; and"; and
 
9on page 6, immediately below line 19, by inserting the 
10following:
11        "(f) Are members of the Board of Trustees of the 
12    Police Officers' Pension Investment Fund, as created under 
13    Article 22B of this Code, in their capacity as members of 
14    the Board of Trustees of the Police Officers' Pension 
15    Investment Fund."; and
