| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 4 | | Section 5. If and only if House Bill 156 of the 101st |
| 5 | | General Assembly becomes law, the Transportation Network |
| 6 | | Providers Act is amended by changing Section 34 as follows:

| 8 | | Sec. 34. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2023 |
